Conn 6H Elkhart Era, Vintage 1961 SN 906071. Classic Small bore jazz model with 8" Yellow Brass Bell and .500 Bore gold brass handslide. Is all original parts and lacquer. No dents or dings. Does not appear to have had any big repairs or damage. The handslide is very good, straight inners/outers and no inner slide plating loss or pitting. As a 6H player myself, I have played on at least 100 of these over the years. When a good one comes along, I know it instantly. Would be a fantastic jazz horn for any player, student, adult player, professional. Many players over the years have asked what type of trombone did Frank Rosolino play? This is the model that Frank Roslino used most of his career. Is the type of trombone that lends itself to tremendous flexibility, like the way Rosolino played.
