YSL-354 Yamaha Student Super Nice Pre-owned SN 504423. This is the top student model by Yamaha, and has been since the 1970's. They also make a lower model YSL-200AD, but we like this one better. The difference is in the materials and build quality. Has 8" Yellow Brass Bell with .500 Bore slide for small shank mouthpiece, one is included. We did full shop service here including chemical bath and complete once over. The handslide is fantastic, no issues, no plating wear on the inners, super straight tubes and superior alignment. Overall the lacquer on this 354 is gorgeous, minimal surface wear. Has the older style ABS style Yamaha case, lightweight, steel latches, easy for a young player to handle. If I had a new student starting out today, this is the exact horn that I would recommend. This model sells new today for over $1500.
