Yamaha YSL-842 Large Bore Tenor Trombone with F trigger. Preowned. SN 003164 is from the 1980's before the change to Xeno brand. Has 8.5" yellow brass bell, standard weight .547 bore slide, compact open wrap traditional rotor. Takes large shank trombone mouthpiece. Is all original parts and lacquer. We did full shop service here including chemical bath, slide, rotor, pads, is in proper playing condition. No service needs to improve playability. Has age spots on lacquer, but we have seen worse. Lacquer wear on hand grip slide areas. Minor slide tube plating loss at the end of on inner slide tube, but is smooth, is still a quick slide when lubricated properly. This a vintage pro Yamaha model, but a perfect choice for any player looking to move up to a large tenor w/f attachment, but not ready to drop 2-5K on a new one. Includes original case. Mouthpiece also included.
