King 3BF SN 508459 made in the early 1970's. All original parts and lacquer. Is a very good horn with excellent playability and outstanding appearance. Classic King .508 Bore with 8" Yellow Brass Bell, Nickel Silver Hand Slide. Is one of the most popular jazz/commercial style trombones of all time since it's introduction in the 1950's. King still makes it today and call it the "Legend". We tend to be biased here about vintage horns (full disclaimer) and think they are not only made better but also play better. This one is a perfect example of King quality. Is the ideal all around size for jazz and pop music today- the F attachment is an added feature that most jazz guys don't prefer in their trombone, but modern players today recognize the benefits of a trigger- you get more options in the low range, as well as extended range down to low C, just like a full .547 tenor. Conn-Selmer dealers today sell this model for $3600+.
Includes Original Coffin Style case, in good working order.
