Monke BbBb/FF Contra Bass Late 1940's Make *Sale In process*

Monke Contra Bass Trombone.  Made after WWII by Wilhelm Monke, the son of Josef Monke, made in Germany.  Very well known German instrument maker.  Has been in the U.S. for a number of years and was sold through Brass Ark to a pro player who is an expert on Contra Bass Trombone.  He recently sent it here for re-sale.  The first partial in first position is pedal Bb, and goes down to BbBb.  When the valve is engaged, first position plays pedal F and goes down to FF.  Is in very good condition except for a ding on one of the F wrap tubes.  Includes original case and a Bach contra bass mouthpiece.
