Yamaha YSL-354 Standard Model Student Trombone, pre-owned. Has had full shop service including chemical bath. Never damaged or dented up badly. Has a fantastic slide and plays 100% proper. There are several models of student trombones that we gravitate to here at TBE, the YSL-354 is a workhorse for a student model. Has 8" Yellow brass bell and .500 bore handslide. It's just the right size for any young or adult player just starting out. But, the thing that we like the most about the model is reliability, not just mechanical, but sound, and pitch. The slide positions are in the right place and it's just an easy horn to play. I know of many professional players today that started on this model. Yamaha also makes the YSL-200AD model, also a nice student horn, same specs, but we don't feel that the materials and quality are as good as the YSL-354. Includes case, and mouthpiece.
