Shires Custom Series Handslide Model T47YC.  Slightly used, pro player owned.  Minimal signs of wear, only a small amount of lacquer loss on lower cork barrel.  Super Straight Tubes, Superior Alignment.  Includes two removable leadpipes.  This is standard width similar to Conn style slides.  Has yellow brass end crook.
