Reynolds Contempora Bass Trombone made in the 1960's. Single Owner, Original purchaser sent this in recently. We did full shop service, chemical bath, tweak and adjust. No issues. It’s a great playing single valve bass. Has 10” Bronze Bell. Some lacquer wear but it looks more like aging not wear. Handslide is very good, inner tubes do not have any defects, tubes also very straight. This model did not have a slide lock. Bell has never been creased or damaged. This was not a school owned instrument. Would make an excellent single valve bass for any player. Ideal for Big Band, Community Ensembles, Orchestra. Plays big dark and gorgeous.
