Conn 6H Handslide SN 680415 Made in 1957. This slide is all original parts and lacquer. This is the classic 1957 model with the longer cork barrels It has had a pro set-up, which also took into consideration a couple of smooth wear spots on the stockings. I promise that you will not care or even notice much that there is some wear on these inners because it is so straight and tension free. I set it up with Yamaha oil and it plays perfectly. But some guys may prefer a cream lubricant on an old slide like this. Either way, it is still a very good playing slide, especially at this price point. There are many players with 6H's out there today with terrible slides, this would be a major upgrade despite the obvious defect. The spots are smooth. We have learned over the years that putting new tubes on 6H’s rarely works out, they simply don’t play the same as an all original like this one.
