Conn 44H Vocabell Early 1930's Gold Plated Jazz Trombone.  Early 1930's Elkhart Make.  This is a rimless classic vocabell.  Has 7" bell diameter and is .485 bore size.  Is in all original condition, original parts and gold plating. We have seen more than a dozen 44H's over the past 10 years here and this is the first one all gold plated.  Has the fancy deco engraving, including "Pan the Piper"  on the front of the bell flare.  This is a small jazz horn that is capable of playing much bigger than it looks.  Enormous amount of energy front, with insane projection.  This is classic vintage Conn all the way.  No previous damage or repairs, has had a few dings taken out of the tuning slide.  Handslide tubes are totally straight, minor wear spots on the slide inner, however they are not on the outside part of the inner, and do not cause friction, is still a fast slide.  Includes original mouthpiece, gold plated, and original case, good condition.  This is a collectible but also the type of horn that you could play in a big band, trad jazz, dixie, funk, ect.  In-stock for immeditate delivery.
