Conn 62H Bass Trombone Vintage Elkhart "N" series, made around 1970.  Amazing condition single owner 62H that has been chem cleaned and serviced.  Bell is in perfect condition, all original lacquer.  Standard Rotary Dependent Configuration with F/E as was original to the model.  A few small "dings" have been removed from the F tuning crook, we relacquered that piece, everything else is original.  A small ding less than 3/8" remains on f-wrap, will not come out unless valve is disasembled.  We feel it's best to leave it up to the next owner.  Tuning in slide "T.I.S." mechanism works perfectly.  Handslide is flawless, all original parts, minimal signs of use on outer slide and grip.  Inner slide tubes are 100% perfect, absolutely no chrome wear on them.  Alignment is perfect also, free of tension or drag, very straight all four tubes.  Original soldered in leadpipe.  Has springs in first position, as factory specs, original.  Overall the instrument looks gorgeous, but the best part is that it plays super easy, "Like Butter".  Dark & Gorgeous, and yes, opens up with brilliance when played with authority, this is a classic commercial sound.  Standard .562 Bass Bore with 9.5" Rose Brass Bell.  Original case, perfect condition, included.  Put simply, this horn could be the find of a lifetime for the serious player collector.  Serious Cash offers without trade-in, will be considered first.
