A: At The Brass Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We offer a 7-day trial period on all used instruments, so you can take the time to make sure it’s the perfect fit for you.

To initiate a return, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your instrument. Full payment is due at the time of order. If you do decide to return the instrument, we’ll guide you through the process, but please note that you’ll be responsible for both outgoing and return shipping charges, along with a 5% processing fee.
