Sell Direct To Us

We can take the hassle out of selling an instrument on your own, by purchasing it directly from you.  If it is an instrument that we are interested in,  will make an offer to buy it from you. We will even help you with shipping. The best part is that you will get paid quickly. To get started, please fill out the Exchange-Brass form, or give us a call. Note: Every request for a direct sale to The Brass Exchange will be reviewed on an individual basis, and that we cannot promise to make an offer on every request. However, we are still happy to speak with you about your situation and make a recommendation that will assist you in making the best decision.

Sell On Consignment

At The Brass Exchange, we make it easy for you to sell your brass instrument through our hassle-free consignment process. Whether you have a single instrument or a collection, we’re here to help.

Consignment Policy

  • If your instrument is valued at approximately $2,500 or more, we would be happy to consider it for consignment. Simply send it to us, and we’ll handle the rest.
  • For instruments valued below $2,500, we may still be able to help with a direct purchase. While we can't buy every instrument, we are always interested in hearing from you and may still be able to make an offer.
  • Our goal is to provide a seamless buying experience for our customers. We accept trade-ins and offer flexible payment options for buyers, ensuring a smooth transaction all around.
  • If your instrument requires repairs, don't worry — we can assist with that too.
