Used Yamaha Trombone Model YSL-3530R. Excellent condition .500-.525 dual bore model, not readily available in the U.S. was Japan/Europe only. Has 8" Rose Brass Bell with light weight brass dual bore slide for small shank mouthpiece. The bell bracing is wider than the standard YSL-354 model to accommodate the .525 bore. Also has a fancier balance weight than the YSL-354 model. We did full shop service here including chemical bath and once over. Hand slide is excellent, superior alignment, no defects on inner slide tubes. No dents or dings. Lacquer is gorgeous on this horn. Rose brass not only looks beautiful but also has a warmer sound than standard yellow brass models. The lower slide tube on this model is larger bore .525, which makes it an excellent all around size for Band, Jazz Band, Pep Band, even marching band. We love the rose brass student horns for marching because when you are in the stands at the game- the rose bell makes it much easier to spot your favorite trombone player in the line up.
Would be a perfect intermediate or starter horn for any player. Includes super clean and easy to manage hard shell case and mouthpiece. A factory new YSL-354 Sells new today for $1577.
