Yes we do have a trial period on used instruments. There is a 7 day return policy on all sales of used instruments. This means that you are responsible for contacting us within 7 days of recieving the instrument. Full payment is due at the time of order. In the event that you wish to return an instrument after recieving it, you need to call to initiate a return. In the event of a return you are responsible for both outgoing and return shipping charges plus a 5% processing fee. We do not accept returns by email notification only. Please call for details 314 616-1434. If you are in St. Louis, you are invited to call for an appointment to visit the shop 7 days a week. We will be happy to work with you on an individual basis. If you decide that you would like to exchange the instrument for a different used trombone or a case or other accessory that we carry in stock, transaction fees are waived.
