S.E. Shires Custom Tenor, Recent Make with factory warranty. This is one of our favorite Shires set-ups. Is great for all around tenor use, especially solo & recital. Bell section is 7GYLW lightweight gold brass stem with yellow brass flare 8.5". Plays like in between a gold brass and yellow brass style bell. It's a complex and colorful sound. The lightweight bell is very responisve at all dynamic levels, crisp pointed articulations, outsanding forward projection, but is very easy to play. Valve section is the standard axial flow valve. Yellow brass drawn standard taper tuning slide. Handslide TW47 standard weight, inlcudes two removable leadpipes. Mouthpiece and lubricants for valve/slide also included. Case is the Marcus Bonna Model S.E. Shires Logo Design, with removable back back straps, and customizable interior.
Other valve section options include standard rotor or dual bore valve. Other tuning slide options include Gold Brass. Multiple other bell flares are availble for subsitution, including used or demo model bells. Please call or contact us for details on substitutions.
