S.E. Shires Custom Series 2RVE Vintage Elkhart Tenor Bell. New Stock with factory warranty. This is the classic Steve Shires design based upon the Conn 88H bell. Is rose brass with 8.5" flare and unsoldered rim. Is the same bell that you get with the custom series Vintage Elkhart model. Is compatible will all Shires current and past components including Q series valve sections and tuning slides. Would be an amazing upgrade for an existing Shires trombone. Rose brass plays dark and gorgeous, enormous color and tonal flexibility in the sound. 88H guys take to this model rather quickly. Is a personal favorite model of mine.
