Olds Special SN 853835 Made approximately 1973. Professional model: Has 7.75" two tone bell, nickel silver stem, gold brass flare. Hand slide is dual bore similar to a King 2B. Is all original parts and lacquer, never damaged or repaired. Has not seen heavy use. Handslide is in excellent playing condition. Gorgeous small bore tenor ideal for jazz/band all around use. Would be dream horn for a young student looking to play something vintage. Olds had a reputation for great build quality, some repairman say they were "built like tanks", my interpretation is that they are made well and made to last. We have had a few of these over the years at the Brass Exchange. This is by far the nicest one yet. Mouthpiece not included.
