King 3B – H.N. White Era Bell with Early 1980s Slide
Vintage Archive Trombone – Sold

This King 3B is a fantastic example of how quality parts from different eras can come together to make a truly excellent player’s horn. The bell section is from the H.N. White era, most likely made between 1955 and 1960, and is in original lacquer with no damage or repairs—a single-owner bell that has been well cared for over the decades. The handslide is from the early 1980s and pairs beautifully with the bell in terms of feel and playability.

Both the bell and slide have received full shop service, including a chemical bath and mechanical adjustment, and the horn is now in top playing condition. Whether you're a serious jazz player or an advancing student looking to step into pro-level gear, this King 3B delivers the classic response and tone that has made this model a jazz favorite for generations.

Included is a brand new Marco Magi case, made in Italy, with a black and red faux lizard-skin finish and backpack straps. This is a high-end, protective case with a $695 retail value, and it really completes the package—stylish, practical, and built to last.

No mouthpiece is included with this listing, but everything else is ready to go. This is an amazing setup that won’t disappoint. A real find for any player seeking vintage King craftsmanship with a modern edge.
