KING

King 3B Super Mint 1969 Make, SN 452433.   Eastlake OH era 3B Concert Trombone.  Single owner.  Is in very good condition, all original parts and lacquer.  Never bad damaged or repair, we did full shop service here including chemical bath and once over. Missed a bell stem ding, to correct prior to delivery. Has good slide, straight, falls freely.  Have been demoing with Yamaha lubricant, works pretty good, can send dry or set up.  Overall gorgeous appearance, lacquer has aged beautifully.  There is a little bit of wear on contact areas, but not bad, is still nice for a 1969 horn. This would be great horn for a serious Jazz player looking to take sound to the next level.  There is a reason why the 3B is the most popular Jazz trombone since the 1950's.  Once you play on one from the 1960's you quickly understand why it has been so popular over the years. Has 8" Yellow Brass Bell, .508 Bore Nickel Silver Slide.  Includes original coffin style case.  A new 3B made today is priced in the 3K range, but todays 3B's are replicas of the early models such as this, it's the real thing and will not disappoint, unless you are looking for a new horn.  We have those too.
