King 2B Made in the mid 1970's. Is the classic 2B - 2 Bore- dual Bore model. In fact, 2B means 2- bore. Yes the top inner tube is less in inner diameter than the bottom inner tube. The bell is small. This model delivers a lot of energy out front with lot of warmth and center, but will also sizzle and cut above lover voices, as you would excpect in a lead horn. Is all original parts and lacquer. Has had full shop service with chemical bath, slide adjust, no dents or dings. Handslide is very good, no defects on inner slide tubes. The slide plays perfectly as is. This horn has not had major damage or repair. Would be an ideal lead or solo horn for big band, trad jazz, dance band, commerical style playing. There is a reason why Tommy Dorsey and so many other famous players over the years played this model. Once you start playing it, you know why. Comes with a new MTS compact lightweight case.
