Greenhoe GC5-3R-TIS Independent Bass Trombone. New Stock, recent make. This is the bell similar to the classic Conn 62H Rose Brass 9.5" with .562 bore T.I.S. Gold brass Hand slide, nickel end crook. This is a complete instrument with all of the accessories including premium leather hard case, 2 removable leadpipes, has standard brass valve caps as well as Lexan valve caps, both sets included, and all of the manufacturer’s maintenance lubricants. Includes lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects for the original purchaser. We have waited quite a while for the arrival of this gorgeous instrument. No details have been spared. It is every bit as good as the original Gary Greenhoe make if not better. Schilke is based in the Chicago area, all of the parts and assembly are done there. Is all American made, just like all of the Classic Builders: Conn, Bach, King, Olds, and many more. This Bass will not disappoint. Appearance overall is stunning. It plays super easy. When I tested it upon arrival, the most notable feature and sound characteristic is that the D in first position with both valve in, actually sounds and feels better than with one valve in 5th. Simply an amazing Bass trombone for all around music, with a special gear towards commercial style, studio, big band, but is also an incredible orchestra sound. Will not disappoint.
