Legendary Conn 88H from 1968, Elkhart Indiana. One of the most popular models of all time in the large bore tenor world. Rose Brass bell, yellow brass traditional wrap and tuning slides. Some of the Elkhart horns did not have the Elkhart stamp on them- make no mistake, it's Elkhart all the way. "L" Series serial puts in in 1968, 2 years prior to the move to Abilene. Gorgeous dark sound, yet flexible, lots of color when you want it. Valve is quick and quiet. Plays very open. Handslide inner slide tubes are perfect, all original. Chrome inner tubes are 100%.
