Conn 88H Ekhart Era Vintage 1969. All original parts & lacquer. Super nice playing 88H. There may be prettier ones out there, but not many. The thing with 88H's is that they are great horns. Usually guys that own them know what they are doing and play on them a lot. But also, good players tend to take care of their instruments. This one has had full shop service with chemical bath, rotor serviced, slide adjusted. It's ready to play, and actually plays fantastic. I tested it out using a Remington shank Bach 4GB and was amazed at how easy it played and how fantastic it sounded. The handslide is really good, and is without any inner slide defect. Anyone looking for a classic Elkhart 88 will love playing this horn. The case is non-original, is a Holton. In-stock for immediate delivery.
