Conn 78H Medium Bore Vintage 1949

Conn 78H Vintage Elkhart Era, Made around 1949.  Has 8" Yellow Brass Bell with .522 bore gold brass handslide.  All original parts on this instrument. Has had lacquer stripped and hand polished.  No dent's or dings, nor signs of prior damage or repairs.  This is a lighter gauge alloy in the bell than we have seen on some of the later 78's.  It responds very quick and lively.  Gorgeous Conn medium bore sound.  There is no reason why someone couldn't use this for just about all styles of music, including orchestra and jazz.  Handslide is fantastic, we had our slide guru complete a full pro level slide set-up on this one, it will not dissapoint.   In stock for immediate purchase.
