Besson Professional Jazz Trombone. Vintage Made in England, we believe this horn is from the 1940's. This is not a student level or intermediate Besson. The bell weight is greater than most other Bessons that we have seen. This is definitely a top line pro Besson. Has .490 bore and bell flare just under 8" slightly. Plays with a lot of authority, great projection, colorful sound. Handslide is very good. All orginal parts and lacquer. Original alligator skin case in very good condition. Also includes original mouthpiece. Has been serviced and is gig ready. Would be an excellent horn for anyone looking to play small bore. Would also be a great pro level horn for a young student that wants to skip the entry level stuff available today. This is the type of horn that will not hold you back. In-stock.
