Bach 6 New York Era. Has a 3 digit serial number 69x is from the 1930's. If you were a trombone player during the big band era and played with Glen Miller, he would be pleased with your equipment choice. It's small, has small bore and 7" bell. But, that's what they played on back then. This one is interesting with the nickel silver neckpipe. The handslide is standard weight. The bell had a repair and was relacquered years ago. There is a light patch on the bell rim about 4-5 inches, yet it still plays good. The previous owner who had it for 50 years, didn't seem to mind the patch one bit. Has had full shop service with chemical bath. Is gig ready. Original case is in need of repair, but still works. This is a good deal on such a historic NY Bach. In-stock for immediate delivery.
