Bach 42T LT Thayer

Bach 42T Thayer Model with LT nickel silver hand slide.  Classic 42 Model with 8.5” yellow brass bell, .547 bore lightweight slide.  This instrument is appox 20 years old.  Is in very good condition. Bell has not been creased or damaged, is a very straight horn. Some lacquer wear on bell and handslide, but no damage or need for repairs. Has already had full shop service including chemical bath and once over.  Valve is in excellent shape.  Handslide is super straight and fast.  A new 42AF Thayer model today sells new for over $4600 plux tax.  This one is a great price.  Would be a perfect first pro level tenor trombone for any advancing player.  Comes with a black Protec case.  Mouthpiece not included.
