Bach 42BO LT with K valve from the mid 1990's. This is an excellent condition, fantastic playing 42. While the K valve is discontinued from the current Bach product offering, this does not diminish it's quality or how good it plays. There is a little more weight to this model than the stanard rotor, but it's not much more weighty than other valves avaiable in the industry today. I feel that a little extra weight can be an attribute, because it translates into more energy out front. If you want to project in an ensemble, it's all about the energy created by you and your instrument. This has the classic 42 yellow brass 8.5" bell, and lightweight nickel silver handslide. Both valve and slide are great. This just arrived and will go to the shop for a chemical bath and once over prior to delivery. Includes case, mouthpiece, lubricants for handslide & valve. In-stock..
