Bach 42B Traditional Wrap – Corporation Era, Vintage 1977
This vintage Bach 42B tenor trombone was made in 1977 during the desirable Corporation Era and is in outstanding original condition. It is a single-owner instrument that has never had any damage or repairs. All parts are original, including the lacquer, which remains in excellent shape. The handslide is near perfect and has exceptional response.
The instrument has undergone full service in our shop, including a chemical bath, replacement of pads and bumpers, valve removal and casing polish, and precise slide adjustment. It plays exactly as a top-condition 42B should—responsive, centered, and full-bodied.
Very few 42B’s from this period remain this clean and untouched. Comes with the original Bach French-style case. Mouthpiece not included.
